FTP Settings

• Host/Server: ftp.yourdomain.com
• User Name: yourdomain.com
• Password: (use the FTP password set in the Administration Center)
• Path/Directory: /www

Some Web publishing applications may ask for an FTP location to publish to. Try this:

• ftp://yourdomain.com@ftp.yourdomain.com/www/

You must upload all of your files into the www folder.

You may also download the log files for your web site from the logs folder. Logs are rotated on the first day of each month; the previous month's logs are compressed and any compressed archives older than three months are deleted. Log files do not count toward your disk usage limit.
